3. Payment & Wallets

All financial transactions are governed by our payment policies. Wallet refills are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Users are responsible for all activities occurring under their wallet.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mastbhav shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
